Segundo ele, a ideia \u00e9 que o Custo Aluno Qualidade (CAQ) seja usado como par\u00e2metro para mensurar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos. \u201cMas n\u00e3o somos n\u00f3s quem vamos decidir esses valores.
