A \u00e1rea de cria\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 eleger pela internet seu representante. Perto de 60 escritores, editores, livreiros, bibliotec\u00e1rios, pesquisadores e gestores de projetos foram ao Pal\u00e1cio Capanema para avaliar o Plano Nacional do Livro e Leitura e eleger os delegados que participar\u00e3o da pr\u00e9-confer\u00eancia do livro, leitura e literatura, depois do carnaval, em Bras\u00edlia.
