A confus\u00e3o ocorreu devido \u00e0 implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do fundamental de oito para nove anos, mudan\u00e7a que entra em vigor em 2010.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Alguns Estados, como Pernambuco e Rio Grande do Sul, seguiram a delibera\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Nacional da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, defendida pelo MEC, de s\u00f3 aceitar alunos que completam seis anos at\u00e9 o in\u00edcio do ano letivo (geralmente em fevereiro). J\u00e1 o Conselho Estadual de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de SP escolheu fim de junho como &#8220;corte&#8221;. Outros estipularam abril ou dezembro.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 d\u00fabia sobre o papel do conselho nacional no caso.
